Three separate single level lightweight buildings, framed predominantly with structural steel and timber members to create large clear spanning raked ceilings, all supported on suspended reinforced concrete slabs. Steel screw piles set out on a gridded system were adopted to minimise footing excavation depths and negate the impact of pre-existing uncontrolled fill and the underlying highly reactive soils.
